Stamped Busbars — High-Current Power Distribution

Busbars are flat conductive strips used to distribute electrical power within battery packs, power distribution units, inverters and charging infrastructure.

Stamped copper busbars offer a cost-effective, high-volume alternative to machined or formed busbars — with tight flatness and burr control for reliable high-current performance.

Kravzik specializes in EV busbar solutions: stamped and formed copper busbars with in-house tin or nickel plating, and optional insert molding for complete busbar assemblies.

EV-GRADE BUSBAR PRECISION

Busbar performance depends on cross-section consistency, flatness and plating quality. Our EV-specific tooling holds ±0.01 mm precision, and in-house plating lines deliver uniform tin or nickel finishes that maintain low contact resistance over the product's lifetime.

Quality Assurance

At Kravzik, the quality of the parts leaving our facility is our highest priority. We conduct a feasibility review on the part to ensure manufacturability at the start of every program. A run-at-rate study is implemented on the first run to ensure quality before large-scale production.

Our quality management system is comprised of sophisticated quality technology and controls, continuous improvement programs and a superior quality laboratory and management team. Throughout our production plant, we deploy in-line/off-line camera vision systems and sensor technology, designed and fabricated unique to every production program. This quality control process ensures every part produced with our stamping equipment always yields 100% quality and zero defects.
