High-speed progressive die stamping is the most cost-effective manufacturing method for multi-million-piece precision metal parts, and our progressive dies and progressive die metal stamping processes are built for repeatable precision. Our high-speed stamping department operates Aida presses to stamp copper-based alloys, aluminum, ferrous and exotic metals at speeds up to 300 strokes per minute.
This increased speed enables quick turnaround of multi-million-piece projects. High-speed stamping parts like terminals and lead frames are produced while running multiple-up tooling progressions at tremendous speeds to yield cost-effective parts for our customers. Our progressive die tooling is designed and built in-house for maximum uptime.
Stamping features include automated in-die assembled, bi-metal, coated, coined, compliant pin (eye of the needle), countersunk, critical dimensions, embossed, eyelets, formed, heat-treated, IDC slots, inlay, precious metal plated, reeled, tapped, threaded and more.
